Before seeing Leslie, i experienced pain in my right knee for over a year, and wasn't able to squat or lunge (or do basic life movements) without some discomfort (often a LOT of discomfort, even while at rest). After seeing a physical therapist for 12 weeks with no improvement, they suggested I see a surgeon! I'd worked with Leslie previously, and knew she'd know what my body needed to get re-aligned. After 2 months of training with Leslie, my knee pain was significantly less, and l've now been pain free for over 6 months!
